Your real estate agent can use part of their referal fee and apply it to their client. The problem that you will run in to is that not many real estate agents will be willing, nor should you feel entitled to part of their commission. We solve this problem at our site. It’s a win win all the way around. The new home builder still is selling the home at the same price and you the home buyer gets money back in the transaction.
